Are these homes available?
Browse shows only reviewed, published properties. Inventory may be limited as we get started. Confirm current availability with the listing party. Labeled concept images are illustrations, not available properties.
Who can list a property?
Property owners, authorized managers, and agents can create an account and submit noncommercial properties. Our admins review submissions before they become publicly visible.
How much will a listing cost?
Your first 30 days are free, starting when your approved listing is published. No credit card is required. After that, renewal is $19 per month, with each renewal covering 30 days. There are no automatic charges. Paid renewal is not enabled yet; your listing expires unless renewed.
Can I apply, book, or pay rent here?
No. This site connects visitors with the listing party. Rental applications, bookings, deposits, rent payments, and sale transactions take place outside this website. Sign in with a verified email address to send an inquiry.
Which communities are you starting with?
The initial focus is East Central Minnesota, including Mora, Pine City, Cambridge, Hinckley, and North Branch. We plan to expand as real inventory becomes available.
How do I submit a property?
Create an account, verify your email, then save drafts, upload photos and submit them for independent review. Once approved, publish the listing to begin your free 30 days. You can manage multiple properties, and no credit card is required. Admin access is granted separately. Specifically authorized staff may publish their own completed listings without another reviewer.
